Time of Day Routing allows customer to arrange for calls to a single 800 # to different locations on different days
Time of Week Routing - same as Time of Day except on a day basis in a week
Day of Year Routing - same as Day of Week, but will allow designated days, such as holidays
Percent allocation allows customer to designate by % how much of traffic to a single 800# is allocated to two or more locations.
Call blocking allows customer to block areas from calling their 800#. NPA, NPANXX or State can be designated
