 Login to Your FairPoint Enterprise Customer Portal

A secure, personalized online account access and management tool for enterprise customers and other customers using Ethernet services:

  • Search Accounts, Assets, Support Tickets and Users
  • Designate Favorite Accounts
  • View Account Details and Services
  • Search, view, create, escalate and add notes to Support Tickets
  • Download Asset and Support Ticket reports
  • Edit service account names
  • Manage users
  • View and analyze network performance for Ethernet (E-Line, E-LAN, E-EDIA) or Voice over IP (SIP Trunking or Hosted PBX) circuits
  • View payment history, including current and previous statements – NEW!

A web-based user dashboard designed to allow individual Hosted PBX users within a business group to manage the way they communicate by accessing the rich call management functionality of your FairPoint Hosted PBX desk phone from your computer.

  • Manage messages and calls
  • Add, view and update contacts
  • Configure the services on your phone line, like Call Forwarding and Selective Call Rejection, through the Call Manager
  • Download any applications that you have purchased with your service
  • Control your account settings, such as your PIN, voicemail notification options, mailbox options and reminders
