FairPoint Centrex Line Administration System (CLAS)
CLAS is an optional feature arrangement available to Centrex customers served from suitable equipped central offices, subject to the availability of facilities. CLAS permits customers to administer changes to a Centrex system by making certain changes in the Centrex line and feature arrangements on all lines in the Centrex system without the issuance of regular phone company service orders.
