Burstable

• Great for billing flexibility if bandwidth needs vary from day to day or month to month
• Customers receive full access to line bandwidth and are charged for the amount of bandwidth that is used on a sustained level (95th percentile)

Burstable Select

• Great for billing flexibility if bandwidth needs vary from day to day or month to month
• Allows the customer to specify a bandwidth commitment and to be billed to the nearest 1 Mbps for any usage over the commitment in a given month
• Customers are charged for the amount of bandwidth that is used on a sustained level (95th percentile)

Tiered

• Fixed monthly pricing based on bandwidth tier
• Full circuit provisioned at the time of install
• Bandwidth capped at desired level, with easy upgrade to the next tier

Price-Protected

• Provides full access line bandwidth at all times with a single, flat monthly cost
• Designed for businesses requiring the full bandwidth of a circuit on a sustained level
• Ideal for a company that needs to budget a steady monthly cost

Diverse

• Designed to accommodate customers whose primary concern is redundancy
• We will attempt to provision two access lines to different FairPoint-owned high-speed hubs
• Available for T-1, T-3, OC-3, OC-12, and OC-48

Double

• Designed to accommodate customers whose primary concern is for additional bandwidth
• We will provision both access lines to the same FairPoint-owned hub and the same GW router
• Available for T-1, T-3, OC-3, OC-12, and OC-48

Shadow

• Redundant service option that provides an automatic backup connection in the event of a primary access line failure
• A second access line is commissioned from the customer premise to FairPoint's backbone
• BGP (Border Gateway Protocol) MEDs (Multi-Exit Discriminators) are used to reroute traffic in an outage situation
• Available for T1, T3, OC-3, OC-12, and OC-48
