ISDN Primary Service (PRI)

ISDN Basic (BRI)

BRI is an arrangement that allows for integrated voice and data over a single phone access line.

ISDN Home Office Package: Home Office

This package consists of Caller ID, ISDN Flexible Calling (conference, transfer, drop, hold) and Call Forwarding Variable features.

ISDN Deluxe Package

Deluxe includes everything included in the Home Office Package, in addition to Call Forwarding Variable, Do Not Answer and Busy features.

ISDN Internet Access Package

Internet Access includes Caller ID and additional call offering features.

ISDN Terminal Management

With Terminal Management, you can specify how features associated with call appearances can be performed automatically. Features include Automatic Hold/Drop Preference, Call Appearance Selection for Conference/Transfer, Idle Call Appearance Preference and Ringing Call Appearance Preference.

ISDN Call Appearances

DETS provides for the termination of directory numbers as defined by the configuration group. Features include Bridging with Shared, Hold with Shared, Multiple and Shared.
