As a FairPoint Freedom for Business with High-Speed Internet customer, you are eligible for special discounts:

  • FairPoint High-Speed Internet for Business: Save up to 20% (one-year contract required).
  • Toll-Free Service: Sign up for a special in-bound toll-free number free and get discounted rates on every call.
  • Save on individual calling features with a special calling feature package.
    • FairPoint Freedom Feature Package 1 includes Call Forwarding, Call Waiting and Three-Way Calling.
    • FairPoint Freedom Feature Package 2 includes both Voice Messaging and Caller ID.
  • Add Call Forwarding – Busy and Call Forwarding – Don’t Answer to feature package 2 for no extra charge.

You must select and retain FairPoint as your local and regional toll provider and FairPoint Long Distance as your long distance service provider. Universal Service Fees, taxes and other charges may apply. Package not available with all services or to all locations. Direct-dialed domestic local (where available), regional toll and long distance voice calls only. Prices do not include local line charges. Only available to customers with 25 voice lines or less; maximum 10 packages per customer. Billing call detail not provided on lines with FairPoint Freedom for Business. Freedom packages are not available with the following services: FlexGrow, ISDN Basic, ISDN Primary, Remote Call Forwarding, Auto Universal Call Distribution (ACD/UCD), PBX Trunks, Foreign Exchange Service, Foreign Central Office service, Corporate Rewards and COPT. If you choose a Freedom for Business 1-year term plan and cancel the service after 60 days but before the end of the agreement, an early termination and liability fee will apply (25% of the monthly charge for the remaining term period). Freedom for Business 1-year term plan will automatically renew for an additional one-year term at the end of the term agreement unless either party provides notice within 60 days of the renewal date that it does not wish to extend the agreement for a new term.
