As a FairPoint Freedom Basic for Business, Local with Toll customer, you are eligible for special discounts:

  • Add a FairPoint Calling Feature package to your FairPoint Freedom for Business, Local with Toll package and enjoy additional savings
    • FairPoint Freedom Feature Package 1: includes Call Forwarding, Call Waiting and Three-Way Calling.
    • FairPoint Freedom Feature Package 2: includes Voice Messaging and Caller ID when you add Voice Messaging to your FairPoint Freedom package. Your Voice Messaging can include both Call Forwarding–Busy and Call Forwarding–Don’t Answer service for no extra charge.
  • Take advantage of low rates on long distance service with the FirmRate* Plus long distance plan.

Universal Service Fees, taxes and other charges apply. Package not available with all services or to all locations. Direct-dialed local and regional toll voice calls only. Prices do not include local line charges. Only available to customers with 25 voice lines or less; maximum 10 packages per customer. Billing call detail not provided on lines with FairPoint Freedom Basic for Business, Local with Toll. If you choose a Freedom Basic for Business, Local with Toll plan with a term agreement and cancel the service after 60 days but before the end of the agreement, an early termination and liability fee will apply (25% of the monthly charge for the remaining term period.) Freedom Basic for Business, Local with Toll one-year term plan will automatically renew for an additional one-year term at the end of the term agreement unless either party provides notice within 60 days of the renewal date that it does not wish to extend the agreement for a new term. Other restrictions apply.

FairPoint Freedom Feature Package 1 is available to customers who purchase FairPoint Freedom for Business or FairPoint Freedom Basic for Business, Local with Toll on same business line. FairPoint Freedom Feature Package 2 is available to business and CustoPAK customers with FairPoint Freedom for Business or FairPoint Freedom Basic for Business, Local with Toll on the same line.
