If you purchase maximum connection speed of up to 3 Mbps/768 Kbps, you will be provisioned at up to 3 Mbps/768 Kbps, up to 1.5 Mbps/384 Kbps or up to 768 Kbps/128 Kbps speeds according to FairPoint standard loop qualification guidelines. In general, where only Frame Relay network is available, or where customer loop length on ATM network is longer than 12,000 ft., customer will be provisioned at up to 768 Kbps/128 Kbps service.
