FairPoint Five Cents Plan*
With the FairPoint Five Cents Plan 1, you get the simplicity of one flat rate on all your direct-dialed, regional toll calls. It's just 5¢ per minute, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week—no more day and evening rates, no monthly recurring charge and no service fees. This plan has an MSL of $9.99/month.

1To qualify and/or remain eligible for FairPoint Five Cents Plan and/or FairPoint 5 Cent Package Plan*, you must subscribe to FairPoint Local Package Extra* or FairPoint Local Package*. You must select and retain FairPoint as your regional toll provider and FairPoint as your long distance provider in order to receive this special rate.
If FairPoint Local Package Extra or FairPoint Local Package is removed from your line, then the FairPoint Five Cents Plan will also be removed and your regional toll calls may be rated at the basic regional toll rates unless another plan is selected. You must also select another long distance plan or be defaulted to FairPoint Five Cents Plan where state-to-state rates are 5¢ per minute and in-state rates vary. A higher monthly fee also applies.
