  • Choice of four or more of our most popular calling features including Caller ID, Three-Way Calling and Call Waiting. Home Voice Mail available for an additional charge.
  • Single bill for all services
  • Fixed monthly rate

Regional Savings

FairPoint Local Package Extra customers are eligible for special regional toll rates with the following plan:

  • FairPoint Five Cents Plan*1. Receive a rate of 5¢ per minute on all your direct-dialed regional toll calls, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is no monthly fee and no charge to sign up.

Long Distance Savings

FairPoint Regional Package customers are eligible for special long distance rates with the following plans:

  • Timeless Plan*2. Keep things simple with one low, flat rate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Plan includes a monthly fee.
  • FairPoint 5 Cent Package Plan*2. Receive a rate of 5¢ per minute on all your direct-dialed long distance calls to anywhere in the U.S., 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Plan includes a monthly fee.

There is no one-time charge to establish FairPoint Local Package Extra. There may be a premise visit charge for installation, should it be required. You can change your service elections at any time, without any service fees. All features are subject to availability and compatibility restrictions. There may be additional usage charges for some of the features. Certain call types may also be excluded.

1The regional toll FairPoint Five Cents Plan is provided by FairPoint. To qualify and/or remain eligible for the FairPoint Five Cents Plan, you must select a qualifying FairPoint local package and retain FairPoint as your regional toll provider. If the qualifying local package is removed from your line, then the FairPoint Five Cents Plan will also be removed and your regional toll calls may be rated at the basic regional toll rates unless another qualifying plan is selected.

2Timeless and FairPoint 5 Cent Package Plans are provided by FairPoint. You must select a qualifying FairPoint local package and retain FairPoint Long Distance in order to receive these special rates. If the qualifying local package is removed from your line, then you must select another long distance plan or be defaulted to another plan. If you had Timeless, you will be defaulted to TalkTime 30 where state-to-state rates are 10¢ per minute and a monthly fee applies. If you had FairPoint 5 Cent Package Plan, you will be defaulted to FairPoint Five Cents Plan where state-to-state rates are 5¢ per minute and a higher monthly fee applies. Billing name and address must be the same for both FairPoint accounts; all charges will appear on the same bill. Universal Service Fees, taxes and other charges apply. Available only to residential customers; may not be available in all areas or on all lines. Rates may be subject to change. Long distance services are subject to service agreements and tariffs, where applicable.
